Leeuwarden - 18/9/2006 - V for Vendetta is a hit movie by James McTeigue and the Wachowski Brothers (from the Matrix trilogy) that contains a domino display in V-form of 22,000 dominoes.
For Warner Bros Productions we designed and realised the domino display for the film.
We proposed and designed the domino set up with its falling patterns as well as colouring effects. We tested in our studio all the settings, computed the timing, made the necessary techniques and prepared the dominoes.
On the set we stayed for ten days building up the set and made it possible for the crew to shoot incredible footage for the movie.
This happened all on the set which you can see in the movie as the Shadow Gallery.
Now the DVD is out of V for Vendetta and you will find Weijers Domino Productions on the credit list.
