- In association with the Turkish company Idus Challenge Management, we organised a domino teambuilding for insurance company Gϋneş Sigorta, Turkey's fifth biggest company.
In Istanbul 100 employees of the Turkish insurance company were challenged to create and set up their own domino course. Each team had to visualize several types of insurances. Teamwork, creativity and communicating were very important issues to come to an amazing result. The central message of the event, 50 years existence, was integrated in the teambuilding. The director of Gϋneş Sigorta toppled the first domino after an enthusiastic speech. Almost all dominoes toppled with success. The toppling ended with a spectacular finale: our professionals produced an avalanche wall which consisted of 16.000 dominoes.
